    Log into your Fileconnect account with a valid serial number. If you see the download available, you are good to go.

    Yes it's free upgrade for you if you have already having valid license with Symantec 12.0 SBE.

    I have SBE 12.0, do I need to uninstall the old version before installing the 12.1?

    If you have a valid support for SEP SBE 12.0, you can get the free version upgrade to SEP SBE 12.1. I suggest clling Licensing Team at 1-800-721-3934 opt 2, so they can provide you with the Version Upgrade which all the license information for SEP SBE 12.1.

    I see files for endpoint full, system recovery, mail security and endpoint protection.  Does the "full" file include endpoint for all OS or all products or both?  Thanks, Bob.

    Download following Zip file from fileconnect, it has endpoint for all OS.

    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1_Full_EN.zip

    File Size is around 1.5 GB.

    Will I need just this file or the others as well for my clients and MS Exchange email protection?  (I'm not too concerned about the System Recovery upgrade at this time.)
