    Please explain where and when the PGP passphrase is being asked.  Please also quote the  passphrase request.

    The user received the message when attempting to send an email after their mailbox was migrated from  Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010.

    Sounds like they are then needing their key's passphrase for decryption of incoming email, signing outgoing email, or because on the PGP Desktop Messaging module, the service Account Properties has set "cache this key's passphrase when I log in."

    You need your key's passphrase for decryption of incoming email, signing outgoing email, or because on the PGP Desktop Messaging module, the service Account Properties has set "cache this key's passphrase when I log in."

    Is there a way to determine what the passphrase is if the user does not remember it?
