Upgraded to PCanywhere v12.5 from 12.0 and it now freezes after it connects to a remote host

Any one see this problem?
I have to force quite and start over.
If I do get connected to a host, it is very slow and eventually locks up the remote software on my XP pro pc.

Were either your 12.0 or 12.5 installs from a custom package
Were either your 12.0 or 12.5 installs from a custom package using Symantec packager? If so you will probably want to uninstall 12.0 and install 12.5 rather than upgrading. This is just if you were using custom packages. They don't upgrade properly depending on your customizations.
