Can I migrate clients pc´s from unmanage status to manage without reinstall the NEP 11 Clients ?

Yes you can.
Copy the sylink.xml from your SEPM to the client machines.
Actually, it's a little more involved than that. Please refer to the document below for instructions on how to make an unmanagaed client managed:
