    Sorry looks like it did'nt capture my question properly. I have enpoint client unmanaged 11.0.5002.333. Since last few months anti virus definations are not getting upgraded. What is the solution and if i need to upgrade which version and how....and how do i find and install it......i am a novice

    Yes you do need to upgrade as SEP 11.x is end of support life and no longer receives updates (since Jan 5th, 2015):

    Upgrade or migrate to Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.5

    You can download the latest 12.1 version using your serial from flexnet:
