We currently run 3 networks all which use Symantec AV. One of the networks has recently been upgraded with SEP and is fully disconnected from the Internet.
One of the networks is connected to the Internet and is using Client Security 10.1.5 and the LiveUpdate Administrator is Version 1.5. This does not appear to download the JDB files as required and we are considering upgrading LUA to Version 2.2 to download the SAV and SEP updates.
Is this possible with minimum fuss?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
