Upgrading SAV 10.1.5.5000 to 10.1.8.8000 from SCC
Remotely Upgrading SAV 10.1.5.5000 to 10.1.8.8000 from 10.1.8.8000 SCC on my main Symantec server.
On the last three servers the process removed the previous version and stopped with an error.
When I look at the server that's being upgraded, all the executable program files are removed from C:\Program Files\SAV but all the other folders are still there.
After the failed upgrade the server no longer shows up in the SCC console and I can't log in to that server group. If I close the SCC snap in and re-open, the Server group I was trying to upgrade no longer exists.
If I try again to upgrade or install 10.1.8.8000 on this serer, it won't let me until I reboot and complete the un-install process?
Any help appreciated as I have 26 more servers and groups to upgrade.

Nothing in the Application or
Nothing in the Application or System event logs to indicate the install didn't go correctly.
