  • 1.  Upgrading SEPM from RU1 to RU1 MP1

    Good morning,

     

    I want to upgrade to RU1 MP1. My current version is RU1 (12.1.1000.157). I read some articles on how to upgrade the SEPM and the clients, but on the file connect site I cannot find the MP1 download for v12.1. I only see v12.1.2.

     

    Please assist.

    contact customer care.

    Why dont you upgrade to latest version 12 RU2 after some test.

    We run very specific plant applications that have been tested with SEP v12.1.1000.157 and v12.1.1101.401. Anything else is not tested.

    The new mandate is to go RU1 MP1, but I cannot find a download for it. If I put in my serial key in file connect, I ony get v12.1.2. Is that RU2?

    Where can I get hold of Customer care?

    At fileconnect will always find the latest SEP release.

    SEP 12.1 RU2 is released on 15th Nov'12.
