Upgrading several clients from 10.1.6 to 10.1.8 receiving message: (computer needs to have 2k or higher) the computers that we are trying to get 10.1.8 have 2k and Xp and some of the clients are showing a success to the upgrade 10.1.8 but when you look at it in the Symantec system center after we do a refresh it still shows 10.1.6 however go to client and it shows 10.1.8.
We are also having some roll back to 10.1.6 after receiving the 10.1.8
Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated.

When you do a upgrade, it take time before it shown on the Symantec system center. If you do a refresh write after it normal that it still showing the old version.

Most of the times running discovery would populate with latest info as logs are passed to primary server
let us know the results.
