Upgrading SMSMSE 6.5 to 7

Windows Server 2008 Enterprise R2 with Exchange 2010 and SMSMSE 6.5
Received upgrade for SMSMSE 7
On installation (after choosing to retain settings of SMSMSE 6.5) I get this error: "On an Exchange 2003 server, it is require to mount a mailbox store or a public folder store on your Exchange server for Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange to do virus scanning. The installation will abort now. Please mount a mailbox store or a public folder store before installing this product."
The installation ends.
How do I continue the install?

Can you make sure that the Exchange Services are running, otherwise can you please post the install log or open a support case?
