  • 1.  upgrading/moving from

    Hello,

     

    I have some PCs that currently are running the Symantec Enterprise 8.1.0.825 and I want them to run Symantec Enterprise 10.1.5.....  

    My question is a procedural one -   do I first uninstall ( and if so, how? )the 8.1 client then do a clean install of 10.1?  or is there a way to just upgrade?

     

    I am having a hard time on this site finding instructions on how to uninstall Symantec products....

     

    Any links or answers would be greatly appreciated!

    I am using Symantec Enterprise 10.1.5.5000.....  We have it running on a server - I just wanna upgrade/install some of our existing 8.1.0.825 client to the newer client application

    I am not familiar with that product. Is it Anti-Virus, Backup Exec, Ghost? There are a lot of Symantec Enterprise products.
