Uploading Files to Sharepoint

    I was wondering if anyone has been able to upload files to a folder in Sharepoint? We're currently running Sharepoint 2003 and there doesn't seem to be any components in Workflow or Sharepoint 2003 webservice that does this. After doing some research it seems there is a copy.asmx in Sharepoint 2007 that may do this but it is unavailable in Sharepoint 2003. Any help with this would greatly be appreciated.
