Hi,

One of my customer wants to buy symantec Back exe and supoort licenses. Since they are an MSP they need to sign the relevant licensing agreement with Symantec which authorize them to use the device and licenses to deliver service to the end user.

Please could you urgently advise which licensing agreement they need to sign which authorize them to use device and licenses for 3rd party?

Thank You.

contact Symantec Partner or sales at your local region.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. It's not helpful though as there are holidays in UK until Monday and I cannot contact symantec as no one is available including our account manager.

We need to send this relevant software agreement to our customer in USA asap.

Could you advise on the relevant software agreement. Would be a great help.

...since everyone is on holiday (including here in South Africa as it is Easter!), why not try another region?

Otherwise you have to wait till they are available again.

Thanks!

Deepak, if the partner is in the USA, you can send them to me at MSP@symantec.com.  If they are elsewhere, I have several contacts around the world - please email me the MSP's information.  There is an agreement they can sign on PartnerNet, but I can give you more info offline.

Thanks,

Natalie - US MSP Specialist
