  • 1.  URGENT !! Printing isn't monitored by the system configuration

    I checked the following configuration elements and still no incidents triggered after printing a world (Indexed IDM file) document:

    - checked printer/fax on the agent configuration

    - checked printer/fax on the application monitoring

    - checked that the agent configuration is applied to the agent group the test desktop is within

     

    Is there something I'm missing 

    Please help - URGENT MATTER

    If you are on DLP 14.0 or later it should catch provided it is an exact match of the indexed document. Partial matches are NOT currently detected at the endpoint for prevention but is comming in DLP 14.5 due this summer. If this is the scenario I would suggest you create a support ticket.
