*****URGENT***** - Session expiring in Process Manager
Since morning we are experiencing a session issue. As soon as any existing incident / problem / change ticket in Process Manager is opened, we get attached window saying session will expire within .......... mins.
I am unable to trace anything in the logs for this.
Adding to this, if window is closed by a cross mark at top right window just closes and its fine. If counter is left counting and waited for 5 mins (counter), window closes and ticket is still opened. It doesnt seem actually expiring the session, however, the window comes up every time a ticket is opened and also if the ticket window is refreshed after counter window is closed, it comes back.
