*****URGENT***** - Session expiring in Process Manager

Hi,

Since morning we are experiencing a session issue. As soon as any existing incident / problem / change ticket in Process Manager is opened, we get attached window saying session will expire within .......... mins.

I am unable to trace anything in the logs for this.

Adding to this, if window is closed by a cross mark at top right window just closes and its fine. If counter is left counting and waited for 5 mins (counter), window closes and ticket is still opened. It doesnt seem actually expiring the session, however, the window comes up every time a ticket is opened and also if the ticket window is refreshed after counter window is closed, it comes back.

Request for any guidance / help.

It seems to have come back to normal... No session windows now... Not sure what was the issue... but have fixed itself....

The issue has come back today... similar behavior.. any references / guidance? what should be checked?

This appears to be related to an older version of Servicedesk.  Can you tell me what version you are using?
