Satisfaction Survey Error -URLALIAS(workitemsatsurveyurl)-

Greetings fellow Altiris geniuses,

Our satisfaction survey link quit working a while ago and no one knows why. Basically we get a page can't be found when clicking on the link within the email to the satisfaction survey. I'm suspecting that the "URLALIAS(workitemsatsurveyurl)" macro within the e-mail template is pulling the wrong address. The question is where does that macro get its information from?
