    Hi

    We have SEP 12.1.3 on Win 2012 and we have created a separate policy for Application & Device control and we have slected to block USB 

    USB    Class  {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}USB    Class  {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}

    And assign to one of our TEST group 

    We want to block USB devices like memory stick etc. to use on this PC. But what happen it block our mouse and did not block USB memory

    How we can keep using USB mouse and keyboard while keeping other devices block

    You need to allow USB mouse and keyboard

    Simillar to this

    How to block USB Thumb Drives and USB Hard Drives, but allow specific USB Drives in the Application and Device Control Policy in Symantec Endpoint Protection.
