USB/Thunderbolt Disabled by DLP Agent

    One of our admins is having issues with USB and Thunderbolt on an HP ZBook Studio G3.  USB and Thunderbolt for video connections were not functioning until the DLP agent was uninstalled.  Once it was uninstalled, the USB and Thunderbolt appear to work normally.  Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?  Any suggestions?
