Use Microsoft Remote Assistance instead of pcAnywhere in ServiceDesk
We are attempting to use Microsoft Remote Assistance instead of pcAnywhere to connect to clients from ServiceDesk . We also have the Altiris agent installed on all of our client machines. Is there a way to customize which remote access method you offer the client through ServiceDesk? I have a batch file that brings up the Remote Assistance dialog, but I need to figure out how to customize ServiceDesk to allow it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
