  • 1.  use on server???

    i am evalutaing this product. i dont like the way when you are doing an image you have to select drive or partition number, it dosent give you the choice of c: or d: partition etc. is there a way around this? also can you use this on servers?? and lastly if i but one copy will that let me install the client on as many pcs and servers as i wish??

    My copy of GSS is licensed by number of clients, not number of servers (console servers).  If there is a different licensing scheme I am unaware.  Imaging is based on disk number and partition number, I have never seen an argument that states C or D.  Why wouldnt you want to be specific to the target drive/partition you want to backup?
     
    You can backup (image) servers such as NT/2000/2003 with it.
