All,
I am very new to WISE, so forgive me in advance if I sound like a ID10T.

I am at a new job and my new boss wants me to put the PN Agent for Citirx Pub apps onto every desktop and laptop. I have the PN Agent in .exe version but when I did convert it to .msi and pushed through GPO to my test computer, I realized I needed an answer file to along with the .exe to limit EU involment..

We also use Desktop Authority, which I have never used, and saw there was a place for MSI package.  maybe I could go that route?

HELP / PLEASE / Thank you

I'm sorry but I'm not seeing

I'm sorry but I'm not seeing any .msi on the link.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated with this.  Is there any software out there that I can use that will run the set up and allow me to input the information I need and create a MSI of it?

I'm about ready to just install it manually on the PC at this point.

You download an EXE and then

You download an EXE and then you need to extract the MSI.
Are you talking about installing this on one single computer? If so then it sounds easier to do it manually if you have no clue of what you're doing.

No. I wsih only 1 PC,  I need to install it on 80 PC's...   I'm a Jr. Admin and the Admin is on vacation until after Thanksgiving...so that's why I'm here.

I have never done anything like this, but it needs to get done...  I've pushed with the .msi but never created or extracted one.

Just check out the

Just check out the documentation

1.

2.
Get the MSI you want to install depending on which plugin you want to use, I guess you want the PNAWrapper.msi.

3.
Create a transform and configure it to your needs, PUBLIC properties you can use can be found in

I think i understand what you

I think i understand what you are saying and I have printed off the instrutions from step 3 above. But where in the WISE Installation Studio do I enter this sort or information. in the msi script or the script editor?  I just need it to add one simple line to the install of the PNAgent...   II-CTRX-05  thats it.
I really apreciate your help and understanding with someone who is way to much of a noob to being tasked with all this.

Thank you very much!
