    I try to create new rules on the siem

    i got a message :

    Application Error

    ubable to create plugin

    Could you please explain more detaily:

    1. What exact Rule you're trying to create? From what place on SMP Console?
    2. What version of product you're using?
    3. Check Altiris log viewer to see what error occurs, when you're trying to create a rule.

    I try to create new rule, and  all the rules that I tried to create I got the same message

    version of product : 4.8.1.810

    ?How do I check log viewer on Altiris

    Hmm, maybe you've set wrong product name and you're using a SEPM or something else, but not a Symantec Management Platform (NS) ?

    I don't remember any such version 4.8.1.810 in Altiris ITMS product.
