User can't see attachment in Outlook 2013

Hello all,

I have an user that he can't see the attachment of archived items. The icon shows up on the list, but when he open the message there is nothing but the text. In VAC I was able to find the email and the attachment, and even open it.

Only this user reported this problem, and I tested in another user, it was ok.

He have Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 and Outlook 2013.

Are you using exchnage 2013? It sounds like you have configured the OWA Mail App way of accessing archived items, and you have not deployed the Enterprise Vault Outlook AddInn.  

Is this accurate?

Try running resetevclient.exe located on client machine under EV installation directory..

I'm using Exchange 2010.

I didn't deployed Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in, all the clients must have the add-in to get their attachments ? They can retrieve it directly or they must restore it first ?

Yes you need to install the Enterprise Vault Outlook Addin.  Please install the addin and report back.
