User doesn't Receive Email Notifications
Hi! We are using the messaging gateway, version 10.0.1-2.
It is set up within the gateway so that when a user receives inbound mail that may be considered spam it is quarantined and the user receives a email notification from spamadmin indicating that they have a message in quarantine and there is a link for them to click on that they can log into by typing in thier windows login. This way they can release the email that they know is ok.
The problem is that one user does not get this notification like others. I'm not sure why. I didn't set up this server with the messaging gateway but do use it. I have looked in the admin tab at different settings but not sure where to go to make sure the user can get notifications about a message being in spam like others do. I have looked in the admin tab and in settings where it shows directory intergration and it shows our active directory.
I have added a word doc showing what the email notification looks like that the user should get.

Is this user able to log in to their spam quarantine through the normal web interface? You may also want to check the BrightmailLog.log file to see if there was a specific error reported by your mail server when we tried to deliver the message. This can also sometimes be caused by database corruption. You might want to try running cc-config database --repair.
Are you configure Directory integration correctly.
If you change ldap use password which you use in LDAP configuration it may cause this kinds of things.
