Currently, we use Symantec SMS 5.0.1 and migrating to Brightmail Gateway. In configuring Brightmail Gateway(VMware), we have an option under "Administration, Control Center, User Help" to add a Login Help URL. On SMS 5.0.1, we were able to create a custom directory and place our help files in there. Question is where and how can I place these help files on Brightmail Gateway for Help for our users when logging in?
