  • 1.  User Info still being requested after install of client.

I have unchecked the box in the Set User Information Collection, under Client Install Package so it should not ask our users to enter their name after the client installs. Each time a client is installed, it asks the user to enter their name. Any ideas on what to change or any other settings that need to be changed so the user is not bothered to put in their name?

Are you using an older package? What's the exact version?

    Disabled this Policy

    1. In the console, click Admin, and then click Install Packages.

    2. Under View Install Packages, click Client Install Packages.

    3. In the Client Install Packages pane, click the package for which you want to collect user information.

    4. Under Tasks, click Set User Information Collection.

    5. In the Set User Information Collection dialog box, Uncheck Collect User Information

     Enabled this policy

After you enable the message to appear on the client computer for the first time, and the user responds with the requested information, the message does not appear again. Even if you edit any of the fields or disable and reenable the message, the client does not display a new message. However, the user can edit the information at any time, and the management server retrieves that information

Try creating a brand new package, leaving the Collect User Info unchecked and see what the result is
