    Hi,
not sure if you are facing the error while you login into ssc or the reporting server?

if its SSC , you can use the iforgot.exe ( available in tools folder of symantec - under orogram files to reset it).

for reporting server, i'm sure there is somewhere mentioned in the forum, at this moment i'm unable to find the one.

    Cheers
    Pete!

For the Reporting Server, I think you can change that through the database. I'm not sure about this. :(

To change the password from the command line on MSSQL Server or MSDE: for reporting server

Open a command shell by selecting "Start"-->"Run...", and typing "cmd.exe" in the "Run" dialog box.
Change to the directory in which the MSSQL or MSDE utilities are stored (this is ususally C:\MSDE\binn, C:\MSSQL7\binn, etc., but YMMV).
Issue the following command where <newpassword> is the password you have chosen:
    osql -U sa -P "" -Q "sp_password NULL,<newpassword>,sa"
I've had several instances where I needed to reset the sa password and this has saved the day every time.
