    Quick brainstorm request:

    My client would like to route the initial incident to one of 3 departments (groups in SD) by having the end user select it in the initial incident form.

    Any thoughts on the simplest way to do this?

    I thought of creating a new field with 3 possible values and then use an Initial Routing automation rule to route it to the chosen group.  Not sure on how to get it to show up in the Automation Rules engine.
