Hi all
im beginner for Symantec Brightmail Gateway v.8, and i dont know how to setting on BG for ...
- whare URL to manage spam mail from end users?
- https://mailgw.xxxxx.com:41443/brightmail <<< this is right URL or not? but i cant open this link from end browser?
- so, how to enable this features? what features should be set on BG? and on AD?

Enable LDAP synch and disable admin-only quarantine
1. The URL is correct, have you tried on IP, maybe your DNS-server isn't returning the correct data. https://ip-addr/brightmail
2. LDAP synch should be enabled (and synch must be successful) and enable the end-user quarantine (Spam > Quarantine Settings > Uncheck Administrator-only Quarantine).
