    Hello,

    My organization recently purchased and installed Symantec Endpoint Encryption.

    I have a couple of users who receive the self-recovery setup wizard every time they boot up and sign into Windows, even though they have previously gone through the wizard and answered the questions.

    I am wondering if anyone has seen this before and knows a fix so it won't prompt every time they reboot their computers?

    Hi BCoale,

     

    What is the version of Symantec Endpoint encryption that you are using and also if this is a managed environment or a standalone machine without Active directory?

    Also let me know the Make and mode of the machine on which you are getting this issue.

    Could you try creating a new package with the same configuration and deploy on the machine and check.
