Hello chaps
Just taken over support for a network and they have Brightmail v 7.7.0
I need to perform some maintenance on the system but the only account that the outgoing person left was for a limited account with no priveleges to make system changes - and, unhelpfully, cannot now get in contact with him.
Is there a way that I can change the default admin password? i have tried the default pword (symantec) and various other combinations but no joy.
Sorry if this is a repost, but I'm a bit stuck at the moment - any help is very much appreciated.
