I have an urgent problem and need yr advice.



We have current product:



1. Windows Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 Build #4691.1 - Qty 1
2. Backup Exec, Windows, Advanced Open File Option with CAL, v9.1 - Qty
1
3. Backup Exec, Windows, Intelligent Disaster Recovery Option, v9.1 -
Qty 1
4. Backup Exec, Windows, Microsoft SQL Server Agent with CAL, v9.1 -
Qty 1
5. Backup Exec 10d, Windows, Agent for Oracle on Windows Servers with
Client Access Lic and Continuous Protection Agent, v10.1, license - Qty 1



Our Customer Number is 356843


We have a 10d Agent for Oracle on Windows and cannot be use in current v9.1
Veritas Backup Exec. Can you help me to downgrade the 10d lic and so that
we can use it in v9.1 backup exec since we do not have any upgrade
agreement.

Please advice urgently.
