Hi; I need advice using a protection on windows server.... I just find out that Norton security is not compatible. Does End Point works ok on windows server?, do I need to buy a licence for each terminal, or just one for the server?

thanks

yes, SEP works on windows 2008 server. if you are hosting machines then you need to have license for those guest machine. it's actually per node. contact Symantec partner or Symantec sales

Yes, should work fine. Start with AV component to begin. You will need to purchase licenses.

Hi

With Symantec Endpoint protection 12 you can secure server with Antivirus , Antispyware , Malware , IPS , Application and Device cantrol and firewall policy.

IF you install management server on windows 2008 operating system you can manage client pc also with same functionality.

Hi,

SEP 12.1 is fully compatible with Server operating systems.

Check this article.

You need to have separate license per node.

Check these articles to know more about it.
