using filters in custom reports

This issue has been solved. See solution.
i've created a custom report but when i try to use filters to reduce the results it never saves the changes.
no errors show up.
when i go to edit the report, it shows filters enabled but nothing is set. so i modified one field to show only file types with size bigger than 100000 MB.
works in preview but it wont save the changes.

Make sure that after you have
Make sure that after you have set the filter, you then select "Customize and Save" from the drop-down menu and save the report with a new name. The filter should be saved then.
