Hi All,

Just curious, anyone has similar experience? (sharing/tips are most welcome).

NetBackup is not a migration tool. Ony thing I can think of is to backup files and folders on SIS-enabled volumes then restore them through CIFS using some Windows client.

Why don't you use OS commands like robocopy?

Thanks Yasuhisa :) You are right, NetBackup is not a migration tool (whether volumes only, or entire server using BMR). I'm just wondering what people do given the scenario. I personally think Robocopy is a better option.
