Using SEP's NAC to detect PCs not in domain

Since we have a large campus we are looking for ways to detect PCs introduced in the network that are not in the active directory.
Can I do this thru SEP's NAC?

You would be interested in DHCP and / or Gateway Enforcers from Symantec.
I would advise contacting Symantec rep directly.
