Hi

We are using Backup Exec 10d (I know its old) running on Win Std Server 2003 R3 SP1

All of a sudden a job has failed with v-79-57344-33928 - access is denied Error Code e0008488.

There is no pattern as to why this has failed but it does seem to be failing on backing up folders that are also part of our Enterprise Vault File System Archiving.

Any ideas

Hi

Please make sure Enterprise valut file archive and backup exec backup job does not run at same time.

If Backup job runs while Archive job is running it will fail with access deny because files and folder are locked by Enterprise vault.
