Hello i have a problem running a back up using my AOFO, i had some other problems but i ran a live update on Backup EXEC and Updated Windows standard 2003 and it took care of them but this one. the open file option was working ok and it is been like that for long time until now. do you have any ideas?

but it doesn´t apply to my case.

I also tried to get phone support but i haven´t been able to get the phone number.
