V-79-57344-65233 - Snapshot Technology: Initialization failure

Created: 06 Nov 2012 | 2 comments

I have a server with one VM that needs to be backed up.  If I exclude the VM the backup succeeds - if I include the VM the backup fails with the message below.  Both the Hyper V server and the VM are running Win2008R2, neither has an Exchange Server installed.  Purpose is the VM is to host Remote Desktops using Citrix's XenApp. The HyperV server does have two other VM that are Windows 2000 Server, but  those have been excluded from the backup.   Can you help and point me to a solution?
