Hi,

I am getting exceptions when backing up MSSQL database. Checkpoint restart connot be applied to the following resource(s).

All the credentials checks pass ok, I have tried turning off AOF, & I have created an sql backup user with the necessary permisions. Please find the job log attached.

...check that the permissions to SQL are correct (you have already disabled AOFO).

1) You should not be backing up your system state in your SQL backup job because you need to turn off AOF.

2) Check that you have enabled Windows authentication for your SQL database.

3) Make sure the id that you used to run the SQL backup job can access the database.  Logon to the media server with that id and try to access the database using SQL Studio.
