Endpoint Protection

We are currently using symantec AV 10.2.2.2000 with scan engine 91.2.0.30 on Windows 7, we have had a few reports of people scanning pc's at home and finding the following virus using ESET's free online scanner.

Looks like it copies itself around your user drive and creates a file username.exe?

please submit these files to symantec security response.

Thanks, just unsure what you require from %system%\drivers\*.sys?

Also, I don't have the temp file either?
