The company i work for have about 10 SEPM servers, i need some info about :

1- Replication partner; should i make only one server to replicate from?

2- from wich SEPM server should I generate a package to be installed on a client?

3- All servers share the same License key; is this a problem?

    Read thru this:

    Replication considerations and best practices

2- from wich SEPM server should I generate a package to be installed on a client?

From the SEPM or SEPMs that you want the client to point to.

3- All servers share the same License key; is this a problem?

No, as long as the number of clients doesn't exceed the total number of licenses.

i am reading this Replication considerations and best practices

but now how can i know my main server?

can i use this config in replication:

    site 0; SEPM 00 = SEPM 00 main site

    site1; SEPM01 = SEPM 1 +SEPM 2 +SEPM 3

    site2; SEPM02 = SEPM 4 +SEPM 5 +SEPM 6

    site3 ; SEPM03= SEPM 7 +SEPM 8 +SEPM 9

    I need (SEPM 1 +SEPM 2 +SEPM 3) to replicate with site1; SEPM01

    (SEPM 4 +SEPM 5 +SEPM 6) to replicate with site2; SEPM02

and : (site1+site2+site3) to replicate with the main SEPM 00

so in this case i will manage from the main all other clients

Well the above point is super confusing, to put it simple the first server from where you are initialing the replication is ideally the primary SEPM.
