Vault Cache asking for username/password and accepting only admin password

we are using evault 10.0.2 on windows 2008R2

outlook 2010

when ever we connecting to outlook it is asking for password and it is only accepting only administrator password.

we are enabled vault cache but not virtual vault.

required information where i should do the changes we are new to Evault.

To start with you may try the steps in the following document

Make sure you dont have any credentials saved ,refer to section 6 in the above technote.

It is asking  the credential  for vault sync.

prompts authentication for evault server, domain authentication is accepting

but authentication for evault server is accepting with only administrator password

If thats the case then the issue is because the \Enterprise Vault\ Installation directory is locked down, you need to give it Authenticated Users to all the files and subfolders NTFS Permissions

Not *JUST* the webapp directory, but the whole EV Install directory as some of the asp files will call up directoryservice.exe and other executables and files etc
