Vault Cache not synchronising after mailbox move

Updated: 31 Oct 2010 | 1 comment

Hello,

We have added a second Exchange 2007 CCR Mailbox in our environment.
I have moved my mailbox from one to the other for testing purposes.

I have added the new mailbox server to EV, and also created a new system-mailbox on that server for it to use.
In Outlook, I can open the archive explorer, and see my archive. Also I can open every shortcut to archived item I have in my mailbox.

Only thing is when I want to check the Vault Cache, synchronisation fails.
Also, in the Vault Cache Properties, on tab "Details", it does not see my archive anymore.

Have done a partial and full reset already.

On the EV Server, I have created the mbx archiving task for the new CCR, and also did a rerun of the provisioning task.
My archive is still in there, and it is enabled. As I can see when I try to disable from the new server, my mailbox is there.

So everything looks fine. Except then that nothing is being synchronised offline in my Outlook.

EV version 8 SP3
Outlook 2007

Anyone who has any idea on how to resolve this issue?
As I need to move a lot more mailboxes off course to the new mailbox server, and cannot do this if the EV doesn't work properly.

Many thanks for your help,

Has the mailbox

Has the mailbox been synchronized by EV, either via a scheduled sync or manually in the VAC, since it was re provisioned to the new Exchange server?
