VBR showing orange for last successful data load

Usually this is green but it is orange and the date of the last succwessful data load was 5 days ago. What do I look for to fix this?

Look in the agent logs
Look in the agent logs (usually c:\program files\symantec\veritas backup reporter\agent\logs\). Start with the core-0.log file.
