    Hi

I have got SCOM running on our network machines and I constantly get alerts to say that SCOM vbscripts are unable to run. After some digging around I found out that Antivirus could potentially be blocking vbscripts from running. I have been looking around in Endpoint Manangement Console to see if I can place some sort exceptions so that SCOM vbscripts are not blocked.

Can someone please point me in right direction here? I couldnt find anything in management console?

    Thanks

    Marcus

I've moved to this to the security forum for you.

You can create a centralized exception policy that will not scan the either the scripts themselves or the folder(s) they are located in.  Check out this link for how to create a centralized exception policy in the SEPM and how to apply it to SEPM group.

    Hi

exception policy has been created and applied however I am still having problems. May be AV is not blocking the scripts anymore but something else may be. I will look for SCOM forums.

    Thanks

Add full path into process exception.

    EG: e:\run.vbs
