vCards and SVS

I've had this issue in both Office 2003 and 2007 layers. I cannot attach a vcard to an email and have it show up on the other end. I can forward the actual contact in internet format (vcf), just can't attach to a message and send it. Anyone have this issue? Better, anyone have a fix? ;-)
