VCS 6.0 install

I am totally fresher in vcs...

I need to install vcs 6.0 on newly install HP proliant DL380 server os version is RHEL 5.8.

this is 2 node cluster server & application is SAP. Please tell how to install vcs 6.0 in 5.8 server 

Also what are cmds need to create service group. resource group & all things.

1 more thing after 6.0 i need to upgrade to 6.0.3 level.

Pleadse help me in this critical sutaition.

As per above excellent post, start with Veritas Cluster Server Installation Guide.

It contains all the requirements (such as configuring private network (heartbeats) as well as step-by step installation instructions.

Adding service groups and resources are covered in  Veritas Cluster Server Administrator's Guide.

Another important document is Bundled Agents Reference Guide.

Please take your time and go through the manuals before your attempt installation and configuration.

It is impossible to list all the steps in a single post. All of these topics are covered in classroom education over a period of 5 days. 

I strongly reccommend to attend such a training class. See the Training  link at the bottom of this page.

I complted installation part on server.

BUt now stop at creation of Service group, resource & etc.IN admin guide i got very confused, i unable to understand which cmd need fire create the SG, resourece, attributes  & etc.

so u have any handy docs that will help me to create all things...

Pls help me in that...

Best will be to use VCS GUI as you are beginner, first you need to add a service group. then with in service group, start adding resources

To add resources, hares -add is the command
