    definition related information is not there.

    how is client configured to get the updates?

    Better to create a computer status report for this machine.

    monitor -logs -  computer status

    click on advanced tab ( blue link)

    put the computer name, create the report. Check the Def dates. During the initial install it will take time to update the defs.

    I dont see any problems with Virus Definitions updates in that screenshot, can you highlight what you mean?

    All I see are problems with the client failing to obtain a client authentication token.  This token is only used to authorise client machines to submit reputation information to Symantec'c Insight database.  It is not required to allow client machines to receive reputation statistics, so your clients can still take advantage of Symantec's accumulated data.

    Hello,

    You are receiving "Submissions failure" issue.

    Can you post the contents of the log.liveupdate file?

    Could you please let us know if you are carrying any proxy on the environment?

    Are you over deployed (license), and added a new client? If so, a new token for the client cannot be created and insight submissions will fail.
