Quick & easy way: telnet
Quick & easy way:
telnet <NBU server> 1556
note: Only master/media server has PBX, not a client
There is a new way to check, introduced since NB7.0.1, with more details in the output.
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bptestnetconn -v -c PBX -s <NBU server>
Windows: Check Symantec
Windows: Check Symantec Private Branch Exchange service.
Unix : last entry in 'bpps -x' output: /opt/VRTSpbx/bin/pbx_exchange
As everyone else pointed out, port 1556.
